How is the disposable syringe designed

Summary:

The Disposable hyperdomic needle consists of a syringe […]

The Disposable hyperdomic needle consists of a syringe with a small hole at the front and a matching piston rod. The ejector is used to inject small amounts of liquid or to inject or extract them from areas that are inaccessible by other methods. When the core rod is pulled out, liquid or gas is sucked in from the small hole at the front end of the syringe, and the liquid or gas is squeezed out when the core rod is pushed in. The process of drawing or injecting gas or liquid with a syringe and syringe is called injection.

Disposable Sterile Hypodermic Stainless Steel Needles for Single Use

Disposable injection syringes can be made of plastic or all-glass syringes, and usually have a scale indicating the volume of liquid in the syringe. Glass syringes can be sterilized with an autoclave, but because the processing cost of plastic syringes is low, most modern medical syringes are made of plastic, which further reduces the risk of blood-borne diseases. The spread of diseases among intravenous drug users, especially the spread of HIV and hepatitis, is related to the repeated use of needles and syringes. The syringe barrel can be made of plastic or all-glass syringe, and usually has a scale indicating the volume of liquid in the syringe.

Glass syringes can be sterilized with an autoclave, but because the processing cost of plastic syringes is low, most modern medical syringes are made of plastic, which further reduces the risk of blood-borne diseases. Test principle of the infusion bag permeability tester: Using the principle design of the differential pressure method, the pre-processed sample is placed between the upper and lower test chambers, and a constant pressure difference is formed on both sides of the sample. The gas is in the pressure difference.

Under the action, the high pressure cavity penetrates through the membrane to the low pressure cavity, and the barrier parameters of the tested sample can be calculated by monitoring the pressure change of the low pressure cavity. When the core rod is pulled out, liquid or gas is sucked in from the small hole at the front end of the syringe, and the liquid or gas is squeezed out when the core rod is pushed in. The process of drawing or injecting gas or liquid with disposable syringes and syringes is called injection.
